About TeamSmart
The principal of TeamSmart, Rob Hamilton, has had wide experience in operating, working in & with a variety of businesses.
Having grown up in a mixed business environment (he could pump petrol & make a milkshake by the time he was 5 years old) he has an appreciation of the family pressures business can bring both personally and financially. Moving on to get qualifications in agriculture Rob spent time in the meat & livestock industry in farming, research and public relations. An interest in computing developed into owning a retail computer business, teaching IT at TAFE and writing some really basic software. Some experience in a large barter trading organisation and several years in real estate highlighted to Rob the need for good teams to be able to achieve business excellence. TeamSmart was developed by passionate small business operators for small business operators. Rob is currently involved in his local Chamber of Commerce as well as serving on a number of local community boards and advisory panels. Rob’s passion is to work with businesses on the Mid North Coast of NSW to help make it the best region in Australia to be a business owner or an employee. |
